A level-to-level management method of the storage resources is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: planning the storage space, establishing the address management index, and storing or reading the data according to the index and the data type. A level-to-level management system of the storage resources is also disclosed. By adopting the method and system, the space can be better saved, the storage requirements for different data of different sizes can be satisfied, and the recording and releasing of the storage space can be flexibly performed.
