PURPOSE:To obtain a rust inhibitive lubricated steel sheet having excellent weldability and electrodeposition paintability by providing a chromate layer contg. a conductive pigment on the surface of a galvanized steel sheet and an org. complex silicate film contg. conductive and lubricative pigments thereon. CONSTITUTION:The chromate layer which contains the conductive pigment consisting of metals such as Zn and Al or the oxides, etc., thereof and has 5-200mg/m<2> Cr deposition is provided on the plating surface of the steel sheet subjected to zinc or zinc alloy plating. The org. complex silicate film is further provided as a finish coating layer thereon at 0.5-5mum film thickness. This org. complex film is obtd. from silica and org. resin and further the conductive pigment and the lubricating pigment consisting of graphite, MoS2, etc., are incorporated therein. The rust inhibitive lubricated steel sheet which has the lubricating performance to the extent of allowing press forming, has the excellent corrosion resistance and more particularly bare corrosion resistance simultaneously and is excellent in the weldability and electrodeposition paintability is thereby obtd. |
