PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable value control method and a comfortable value control system, capable of efficient operation by grasping the energy reduction effect, by calculating the energy reduction ratio when changing a comfortable value of a present state to a comfortable value being a target. SOLUTION: In this comfortable value control method, a measuring apparatus 4 respectively measures and detects the temperature, humidity, the radiation temperature and CO<SB>2</SB>being an input variable to a predetermined operation expression for calculating the comfortable value (a PMV value). A setting means 7 sets a value of an element (an air current speed, a clothing wearing quantity and an activity quantity) for calculating the comfortable value by using an image screen of an input terminal 1. An operation processing means 8 determines the comfortable value (the PMV value) using the predetermined operation expression from measuring data 5 and an element value set by the setting means 7. This operation processing means 8 determines an adjusting value of the air-conditioning temperature for changing the calculated comfortable value to the target comfortable value and determines the energy reduction ratio corresponding to the adjusting value.
