PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting an angle of a saddle during driving is provided to adjust an angle of a saddle of a bicycle by coupling a saddle angle adjusting device on the top of the bicycle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting an angle of a saddle during driving includes the following: an angle changing portion(110) changing a saddle angle which is coupled with an angle support portion; the angle support portion(120) supporting rotation of the angle changing portion; and an angle fixing portion(130) fixing the saddle angle by blocking rotation of the angle changing portion when the saddle angle is changed.
