The present invention consists in a device for placing and/or dying hair extensions, which includes a rectangular base, a first toothed base, a second base with separated teeth and a comb; the device allows the hair to be separately in a uniform manner for locating the hair extensions or for dying the same, with or without extensions. The hair is then relocated on the main base where it is separated due to the operation of the toothed bases and rested thereon to be dyed or the extensions attached using the comb, one of the bases and the comb having perforations for identifying the level of the chemicals and manipulating the hair.
