FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to products of medical purpose, namely to compression device, intended for prevention of formation of hematoma or inflammatory process in patient's leg, in whom, for instance great saphenous vein or internal vein of lower extremity was ablated, or who was subjected to equivalent intravenous intervention (by thermal or chemical impact). Compression device for lower extremity, used after surgical operation on vein or after intravenous treatment contains envelop from elastic material and in essence cylindrical insertion. Insertion is made with possibility of installation between hip of the said lower extremity and envelop on preliminarily determined trajectory. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures filling of anatomical space released as a result of surgical intervention, in particular venous channel, or compression of great saphenous vein of lower extremity after intravenous treatment. ^ 9 cl, 6 dwg |
