FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of reinforcement item in the form of composite rod of pulled reinforcement with permanent end anchors, in particular reinforcement item may be used to strengthen multi-cavity reinforced concrete panel of building floor. In reinforcement item, including pulled reinforcement rod with permanent end anchors, pulled reinforcement rod is arranged as composite of hot rolled reinforcement sections, equipped with stop races and turnbuckle in the middle part of item, and permanent end anchors are equipped with anchor races and anchor distributing plates of thick-sheet steel. ^ EFFECT: simplified design and process of reinforcement item elements production, improved manufacturability of assembly and installation of item in place, into cavities of reinforced panel; application of reinforcement steel of low strength for end non-pulled elements of composite rod of item; reduction of metal intensity and losses of steel in manufacturing of reinforcement item. ^ 15 cl, 11 dwg |
