PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of flame-retardant polyethylene flat yarn is provided to add fire retardant characteristic to flat yarns by a phosphate flame retardant, and to reduce manufacturing cost of the flat yarn with low density polyethylene. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of flame-retardant polyethylene flat yarn includes the following steps: forming a fire retardant characteristic polyethylene polymer by polymerizing an ethylene composition including a phosphate flame retardant 0.2-0.4 weight%; forming a fire retardant characteristic polyethylene sheet by extruding and melting the fire retardant characteristic polyethylene polymer; forming a fire retardant characteristic polyethylene film with biaxially drawing; forming a fire retardant characteristic polyethylene wire by slitting the fire retardant characteristic polyethylene film; and forming a fire retardant characteristic polyethylene flat yarn with uniaxially drawing. |
