<p>PURPOSE: A material falling when unloading the material from a ship to a quay by an unloader bucket is prevented, thereby preventing panda damage and environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: In a loading facility in a quay, a panda(140) is provided to prevent collision of a ship to the quay by positioning a panda body supported by a buffer material adjacent to the quay. A rotating plate(10) is installed in upper part of the panda to be rotated. A rotating member is provided to rotate the rotating plate to the ship when the ship approaches the quay.</p> |
