PURPOSE: A fixing unit for preventing the movement of a cake is provided to improve productivity due to a simple structure, to save a production cost, and to maximize the reliability and effectiveness by preventing the movement of the cake using a cake fixing piece standing stably. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit(100) for preventing the movement of a cake includes one or more cake fixing pieces(20,22) which is stood on a fixing plate(10) which is installed on a cake supporting plate and a binding unit(30) for preventing the cake fixing piece from returning to an original position. The binding unit is comprised of a binding groove(40) which is integrated with a cut-out line and a binding protrusion(44) which is formed on one side of the cake fixing piece and corresponds to the binding groove.
