PURPOSE: A fluid-compressed energy storing and converting system is provided to enable independent power generation by stably generating power corresponding to demand. CONSTITUTION: A fluid-compressed energy storing and converting system comprises an energy absorbing unit, a liquid compression/storage unit(200), an air compression/storage unit(300), a power conversion/generating unit(400), and a heat exchange/storage unit. The liquid compression/storage unit changes the energy in an energy absorption unit into the liquid energy of the high pressure. The air compression/storage unit changes the high pressure liquid energy of the liquid compression/storage unit into the gas energy of the high pressure. The power conversion/generating unit changes the high-pressure gas energy in the air compression/storage unit into the electrical energy. The heat exchange/storage unit transfers the heat energy heat exchanged with the air compression/storage unit to the power conversion/generating unit.
