PURPOSE: A red ginseng composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the red ginseng compound which is easy to eat by improving specific flavor of herbal medicines with ground red ginseng products, ground brown rice or corn and jujube powder or bean powder. CONSTITUTION: A world red ginseng composition includes pulverized red ginseng mixed compounds 10 ~ 98 weight%, ground brown rice or corn 45 ~1 weight%, and ground jujube or bean 45 ~1 weight%. A mixed red ginseng product is manufactured by mixing main root 10 ~ 90 weight% and fine root 90 ~ 10 weight% of four-year old fresh ginseng. The brown rice or corn is dehydrated by a moisture content of 15 % or less for 7 ~ 10 days. The jujube is dried in the shade 20 ~ 30 days.
