PURPOSE: An engine driving device using alcohol/gasoline-mixed fuel and a method thereof are provided to correct the fuel injection amount of each cylinder by calculating engine roughness on each cylinder and determining the fuel injection amount of each cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An engine driving device using alcohol/gasoline-mixed fuel comprises a crank shaft(25), a fuel amount sensor(23), and an engine control unit(11). The crank shaft drives one or more pistons. The fuel amount sensor is located in a fuel tank(13) and outputs the sensor value according to fuel recharge. The engine control unit recognizes that the fuel is recharged through the fuel amount sensor value. The engine control unit calculates engine roughness on each cylinder based on the angular velocity of the crank shaft. The engine control unit controls the fuel amount of each cylinder.
