PURPOSE: A transmitting device is provided to improve power generation efficiency of a solar battery by reducing amplitude damping due to power transmission and phase delay. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting device(1) electrically connects a pair of input terminals(1a,1b) to a solar battery(2) through a pair of input side cables of a two wire system. A pair of output terminals(1c,1d) is electrically connected to an inverter(3) through a pair of output side cables of two wire system. A transmit line(4) is wound in the outer circumference of a core(5) or a cylindrical shape of a ferrite. The core and the transmission line are stored inside a storing box(6). The input terminal and the output terminal are respectively arranged in the exterior of the storing box.
