PURPOSE: A lysine protein derived from bacteriophage is provided to ensure high specificity to bacteria and to treat or preventing bacteria infectious disease. CONSTITUTION: A lysine protein has a specific antibacterial activity. The lysine protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. The lysine protein is derived from bacteriophage EFA-1(deposit number: KCTC 11289BP). The bacteria are gram negative and gram positive. A gene encoding the lysine protein has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating infectious diseases by bacteria contains lysine protein as an active ingredient.
