LIGHT EMITTING DIODE PACKAGE

摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode package is provided to improve optical focusing efficiency by arranging a photonic crystal film, which functions as a convex lens, on an optical path. CONSTITUTION: A cavity is formed in a substrate part(20). A light emitting diode(40) is mounted in the cavity. A transparent molding resin(30) fills the inside of the cavity in order to cover the light emitting diode. A photonic crystal film(10) is located on the upper side of the light emitting diode. A protrusion(21) supports the lateral side of the photonic crystal film. A vibrator(50) applies a vibration to the protrusion.
