PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering column device capable of enhancing operability of an operation lever and strongly retaining a lock state of an inner tube. SOLUTION: The steering column device is provided with: an upper clamp 7; a distance bracket 8 fixed to an outer tube 4; a clamp bolt 9 having a shaft part penetrated through a tilt long hole of the upper clamp 7 and a telescopic long hole of the distance bracket 8; the operation lever 10 integrally rotated with the clamp bolt 9; an eccentric cam provided on a shaft part and having a dimension in a radial direction gradually varied along a circumferential direction; and a plurality of pressing parts rotatably attached to an outer periphery of the eccentric cam and arranged along a longitudinal direction of the inner tube 5.
