<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner-ear type headphone equipped with a microphone inside a housing and picking up ambient sound, the headphone achieving good feeling of wearing to the insides of auricles of user's ears with almost no influence of wind noises with respect to the picked up sound. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The headphone includes: the housing (8) which has first and second plane parts (8dk, 8m) facing each other; a speaker (7L) and a microphone (12L) which are arranged in parallel between the first plane part (8dk) and the second plane part (8m) and are housed in the housing (8); a sound emitting part (8h) which is provided on the first plane part (8dk) and emits sound output by the speaker (7L) to the outside of the housing (8); and a sound pick-up hole (8g) which is provided on the second plane part (8m) and communicates a space (SPm) which a sound collection surface (12L1) of the microphone (12L) faces with a space (SPg) outside.
