METHOD FOR PREPARING OF SOLAR CELL USING PLASMA-SURFACE-TREATMENT

A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to reduce reflectance of the sunlight by processing a front surface and a rear surface of a solar cell substrate with plasma before forming an emitter layer through impurity diffusion. Front and back surfaces of a substrate(201) having a first conductive type are processed with the plasma. An emitter layer(202) having a second conductive type opposite to the first conductive type is formed in the substrate. A first electrode connected to the emitter layer is formed. A second electrode connected to the substrate is formed. The second electrode is separated from the first electrode. A BSF(Back Surface Field) is formed between the substrate and the second rear electrode. The second electrode is connected to the substrate through the BSF.
