OPTICAL DISC DRIVE AND DATA LINE CURRENT CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE: An optical disk drive and a data line current control method are provided to more efficiently reduce EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) generated when a video title recorded in an optical disc is played. CONSTITUTION: An interface(14) is connected to a host. A power supply unit(19) changeably adjusts a current value of a data line connected to the host. A microcomputer(16) controls an operation of the power supply unit if the optical disk inserted into an optical disc drive is a video title. The microcomputer lowers a current of the data line.
