Cyclone-turbine of the stator-rotor type, consisting of a rotor with moving blades inside the cage of a stator with fingers of rectangular section, endowed with a choke disc (30) situated between the cage of the stator (35) and the duct (32) mounted above it. This cyclone-turbine is advantageously fitted to flotation devices with induced air or gas for the separation of water from hydrocarbon pollutants.
