PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack device capable of lifting a lifting platform up to a high position, by reducing the driving force of a link mechanism in a low position of the lifting platform. SOLUTION: This jack lifting device has a base, the lifting platform arranged above this base, a link mechanism rotatably pivoting one side by the base, rotatably pivoting the other side by the lifting platform and lifting the lifting platform in the vertical direction, a driving means connected to the link mechanism and lifting the lifting platform in the vertical direction by driving the link mechanism, and a pushing-up force applying means arranged between the base and the lifting platform, fixing one side to the base, allowing the other side to abut on the lifting platform within an extension stroke range and applying a pushing-up force to the lifting platform within the extension stroke range.
