<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penis fixture for a diaper for fixing the penis to the diaper, which is easily put on and surely fixes a penis to the diaper. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The penis fixture 10 for the diaper includes a cylindrical body 11 which is formed of a highly expansible material and to inside of which the penis is fittingly inserted when being worn; pleat parts 12, 13 formed integrally with the cylindrical body 11 and extended along the extending direction of a cylinder on the outside surface of the cylindrical body 11; and press studs 15 serving as connecting members for fixing the pleat parts 12, 13 to predetermined parts of the paper diaper.
