A transmission power adjusting method, apparatus and system are provided in the embodiments of the present invention, which could solve the problem that the transmission power is set incorrectly. The technical scheme provided by the embodiments of the present invention comprises: receiving the receiving power RSCP of the pilot channel and the quality of signal which are reported from two or more mobile stations; adjusting the transmission power according to the received RSCP and the quality of signal. The technical scheme provided by the embodiments of the present invention could be applied in the wireless communication network such as CDMA or WCDMA and so on.
