PURPOSE: A ventilation system for window is provided to improve quality by embedding an operation unit in an end cap and a window frame. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system for windows and doors comprises a ventilation switching structure(14), an opening and closing flap(10), an end cap(18), and an operation unit(50). The ventilation switching structure is formed between a window frame and window glass. The opening and closing flap opens and closes the air passage of the ventilation switching structure. The end cap closes both sides of the ventilation switching structure. The operation unit is formed in the end cap to operate the opening and closing knob and comprises a rotary cam(22) assembled in the end cap, a motion changing member(60) formed in the end cap to transfer an operating force to the rotary cam, a connecting member(70) linked to the motion changing member for transfer of the operating force, and an operating knob(80) formed around a window handle and connected to the connecting member. |
