PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen chip capable of surely storing identification information for a long period of time, managing manufacturing history and performing lot management on each component, and also performing duplicating management with product lot, and to provide a ball-point pen refill and a ball-point pen.

SOLUTION: The identification information 16 is imprinted on the surface of the ball-point pen chip 10. The ball-point pen refill 20 is formed by mounting the ball-point pen chip 10 at the apex of an ink storing tube 21 on the surface of which the identification information 24 is added. The ball-point pen 30 is formed by storing the ball-point pen refill 20 in a shaft cylinder 32 on the surface of which the identification information 31 is added.
