摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel state detector capable of keeping a normal detection state by preventing the intrusion of foreign matters from a communication part for detection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a mounting structure of a wheel state monitoring unit according to some embodiment, a part of a curved outer circumferential surface of a wheel rim 52 is cut out and a flat mounting face 72 is formed. The wheel state monitoring unit 16 is mounted to a wheel 50 so that a flat loading face 70 is placed on the mounting face 72. In other words, in the wheel 50, the weight of a mounting part of the wheel state monitoring unit 16 in the wheel rim 52 is reduced by the weight of the wheel state monitoring unit 16 from an opposite part of the outer circumferential surface. The reduced weight is designed to be equal to the weight of the wheel state monitoring unit 16. The wheel 50 is balanced by mounting the wheel state monitoring unit 16 to the wheel rim 52.
