PURPOSE: A platinum-nano multi-functional scrubber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure excellent washing effect and sanitary state by emitting far infrared ray, anion and alkali components and to extend the lifespan of a product by maintain high physical rigidity. CONSTITUTION: A platinum-nano multi-functional scrubber is composed of a foam embedding body(1), a surface body(2), a coating layer(3), ceramic balls(4). The foam embedding body is foamed to have an expanded volume. The surface body is laminated on the outer surface of the foam embedding body. The coating layer coated with platinum-nano is formed on the whole surface of the foam embedding body and the surface body. The ceramic balls are filled in the foam embedding body. The ceramic balls emit at least one on anion, alkali, and far infrared ray components.
