<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant crash protection device capable of quickly and surely deploying an airbag bag body in a protective area on a rear side of a seat back. <P>SOLUTION: The airbag bag body 30 is stored in an upper part on a back face side of the seat back 26. On the rear side, an upper board 46A of a back board 46 for directing a deploying direction of the airbag bag body 30 upward is arranged.
