The present invention related to a combination of (a) a a4ß2 nicotinic agonist and (b) a Second Therapeutic Agent, as defined under group A or group B. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said combination and to methods of treating CNS disorders in mammals by administrating said combination. The invention further relates to a kit comprising the combination and use of said kits in treatment of CNS disorders, such as cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia, dementia and/or Alzheimer's disease or those disorders defined below.
