A front carriage (5) is provided with a wheel (4), and is pivotably fastened to the device about a horizontal rotational axis (6). Weights i.e. liquid reservoirs, are arranged on the front carriage, and the rotational axis is arranged above a wheel axis (7) of the wheel. The brush includes a bristle head holder (10) comprising a congruent connection e.g. bolt, for detachably attaching a bristle head (14) with bristles (22, 23) using a force-fit- and/or form-fit connection e.g. screw joint.
