A compound represented by the general formula (I): (wherein D and G each represents an optionally substituted cyclic group or optionally substituted alkyl; W and Y each represents a bond or a spacer whose main chain has 1 to 4 atoms; and rings A and B each represents an optionally substituted heterocycle containing at least one carbon atom and at least one nitrogen atom, and the rings A and B have one common spiro carbon atom), a salt of the compound, an N-oxide form of either, a solvate of any of these, or a prodrug of any of these. The compound represented by the general formula (I) has an affinity for MBR and is hence useful as a preventive and/or therapeutic agent for diseases attributable to stresses.
