<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening member having functions of a bolt and a nut. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fastening member 15 includes the following elements: a head 15a (1) to transmit a rotational force of a fastening tool; a seating face 15b (2) located adjacent to the head 15a and in contact with a partner member upon fastening; a neck 15d (3) provided in a standing position from the seating face 15b to the opposite side to the head 15a; an external thread 15c (4) having a diameter smaller than the neck 15d and connected to the neck 15d; an internal thread 15e (5) coaxially drilled with the external thread 15c at an inner diameter of the head 15a or an inner diameter of the head 15a and at least a part of the neck 15d; and an inner diameter escape part (6) having a diameter larger than the internal thread 15e and coaxially drilled with the external thread 15c at an inner diameter of at least a part of the neck 15d and the external thread 15c.
