The method comprises the steps of receiving a packetised voice data of a person to be identified over a packet-switched network, comparing the voice data with a stored voice data of a user and, based on the comparison, providing an indication of the likelihood that the person to be identified is the user, wherein the step of receiving the voice data comprises waiting for sufficient voice data to be received. |
