The invention relates to novel polyorganosiloxanes containing, per molecule, at least one siloxyl group substituted by at least one group with sterically hindered piperidinyl function(s), devoid of toxicity upon contact with the skin. The invention also relates to an improved cosmetic or dermatological composition intended in particular for the treatment of keratin matter, particularly the skin and hair.
