The connector has a neutral conductor (1), and an insulator that is in the form of sleeve and surrounds the neutral conductor. An outer conductor is concentrically arranged and spaced at a distance to the neutral conductor. An additional insulator surrounds the outer conductor. The neutral conductor has a deforming region (120) that changes in comparison with surrounding regions in the cross section. The sleeve is made of elastomer material. The outer conductor is made of flexible electrically conductive material.
