It is intended to provide a novel UDP-glucuronyl transferase and a polynucleotide encoding the same (for example, a polynucleotide containing a polynucleotide comprising one nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of a nucleotide sequence between positions 1 to 1359 of SEQ ID NO: 4, a nucleotide sequence between positions 1 to 1365 of SEQ ID NO: 10, a nucleotide sequence between positions 1 to 1371 of SEQ ID NO: 12, and a nucleotide sequence between positions 1 to 1371 of SEQ ID NO: 22; or a polynucleotide containing a polynucleotide encoding a protein having one amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 5, 11, 13, and 23), etc. This provides a novel UDP-glucuronyl transferase with broad substrate specificity. |
