PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiowave absorber which has high radiowave absorbing performance regardless of the incident direction of radiowave, so that it can be preferably applied to radio communication system having high flexibility in a service area such as wireless LAN, RFID, etc., and excellent handling properties, and can be produced at low production cost, so that it can be widely used as construction materials for offices, stores, shopping storages, public buildings, houses, and condominiums. SOLUTION: The radiowave absorber is constituted by laminating at least one resistance film layer 2, a spacer layer 3, a layer 4 containing an electric loss material, and a reflecting layer 5, the thickness of the layer containing the electric loss material being equal to or larger than d/8 to the overall thickness (d) of the radiowave absorber.
