<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately presume a null point where a flow rate of hydraulic oil from a supply source to a destination and a flow rate of the hydraulic oil from the supply source to a discharge passage substantially become zero, according to change in temperature and change with the passage of time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including steps of: (S108) starting measurement when a pump is stopping (YES in S100), when an actuator is not driving (NO in S102), while measurement of a lowering time is permitted (S104), and when accumulative pressure is not more than a predetermined value A (YES in S106); (S112) carrying out correction of the null point from the measured time when the accumulative pressure is not more than a predetermined value B (YES in S110); and (S114) prohibiting the measurement of the lowering time.
