PURPOSE: A system for measuring speech quality and delivering a voice response of the measured result in a telephony service network are provided to measure the call quality of a subscriber in a call center according to the request of a phone caller and guide the measurement result in voice in order to improve the customer satisfaction through the call standby time reduction with an adviser of a call center. CONSTITUTION: An ARS(Automated Response System)(10) requests the measurement of the call quality of a subscriber from a call quality measurement server according to the call quality measurement request. The ARS matches the measurement data of the subscriber with a call quality level, and notifies a subscriber of the call quality level in voice signal. The call quality measurement server transmits the measurement data to the ARS by measuring the call quality of the subscriber according to the call quality measurement request. |
