PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting and receiving data is provided to receive and store data of ARINC-249 method at a memory and transmit the stored the data of ARINC-249 method to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A host interface unit(300) transmits reception request information received from data reception unit to a host device, and receives transmission request information from the host device. The host interface unit transmits the transmission request signal to a data transmission unit, and transfers the stored reception data received from the data reception unit to the host device. The host interface unit transfers the transmission data transmitted to the host device to the data transmission unit.
