PURPOSE: Rice for improving osteoporosis and reducing blood glucose is provided to hypoglycemic effect and to improve osteoporosis by coating rice with coating liquid mixed with coating powder and water by calcined shell powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of rice includes the following steps: plasticizing one or more from shell, pearl and coral; making coating powder by pulverizing the plasticized materials; coating the rice with coating powder; and making coating liquid by adding coating powder in the drinking water.
