Ž<P>SOLUTION: An outer side bulkhead 300 is projected inward of the vehicle body width direction from a through hole 214 formed at a lower end 212 of a center pillar inner panel 210, and an inner longitudinal wall 302 in the vehicle body width direction is arranged opposite to an outer longitudinal wall 402 in the vehicle body width direction of an inner side bulkhead 400 with a space S1 therebetween. Thus, the space between the outer side bulkhead 300 and the inner side bulkhead 400 is reduced, the idle traveling space is reduced when the load F is inputted in a rocker 100 from the outside in the vehicle body width direction at a side impact or the like. Since the idle traveling space with the initial load transmission which not performed when the load is inputted is reduced, the load transmission efficiency to a cross member 50 is enhanced.
