PURPOSE: A test-bed system and a test method of communication and broadcasting convergence technology are provided to test and determine whether an individual technology which communication and broadcasting are converged is normally operating. CONSTITUTION: A converged test management device(100) registers test information. The converged test management device performs overall test executing control. A broadcasting transmission test device(200) receives a test executing control device command from the convergence test management device. The broadcasting transmission test device transmits test information. A test terminal receives the test information from the broadcasting test device. The test terminal executes test.
