PURPOSE: A street light structure is provided to simplify the installation and maintenance by employing prefabrication and to secure uniform quality by excluding manual work such as press bending or cold rolling during the manufacture of a street light post. CONSTITUTION: A street light structure(1) comprises a street light post(100) and a base(200). A street light or a traffic sign etc. is attached to the street light post. The base fixes the street light post on the ground. The street light post comprises a lower post(110), a reinforcing pipe for reinforcing the opening of the lower post, an upper post(130), a post connecting pipe for connecting the upper and lower posts, an arm fixing pipe which is connected on the top of the upper post, an arm connecting pipe(160) connecting the upper post to the arm fixing pipe, and first and second rainproof covers(150,180) for preventing the infiltration of rainwater into the joint between the arm connecting pipe and the upper/lower post and the joint between the upper post and the arm fixing pipe.
