<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment optimum to air-conditioning cultivation of fungi throughout the year by taking the outside air to suppress oxygen deficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In this device, the outside air is taken through an outside air suction port 2 communicating with a chamber 1 by a blowing means 11, the inside air is taken through an inside air suction port 3, and mixed air of the taken outside air and inside air is sent into a gas-liquid contact part 14 through a gas-liquid contact part inlet port 5 connected to the top surface of a cylinder 4 that is a hull of the contact part 14.
