The installation has a vacuum pump (14) comprising an aspiration inlet connected to a centralized vacuum cleaning system (1). The vacuum pump is coupled to a pneumatic motor (8) connected to bottles (2) that are designed for delivering the air to actuate the pneumatic motor in case of power failure. A venturi (9) has an inlet (15) connected to a discharge outlet of the pneumatic motor. An air flow adjusting unit (12) opens and closes a controlled air flow adjusting valve (6).
