PURPOSE: A device and a method of dualizing network connection path are provided to dualize a connection situation of a browser according to a network connection state, thereby providing a service through a browser connection server of the mobile communication network when a mobile network connection and directly providing the service through contents server when connecting a WiFi. CONSTITUTION: A WiFi(Wide Fidelity) module(110) connects to a network in WiFi service zone with WiFi mode. A mobile network connection module(120) connects to network by using a mobile communication network. If a mobile terminal enters the WiFi service zone in the state which is connected to the network through the mobile communication terminal, a browser module(130) is connected to the network by the WiFi mode and terminates a network connection using the mobile communication network.
