A MANHOLE COVER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manhole manufacturing method and a manhole manufactured by the same are provided to efficiently disperse heavy weight applied from a vehicle or a pedestrian and be semi-permanently used by preventing twisting due to earthquake or the subsidence of ground. CONSTITUTION: A manhole manufacturing method comprises following steps. A SMC is inserted into a lower molding part comprising a low mold(10). An upper mold(20) is coupled with the lower mold. The SMC is fused to mold a manhole cover by injecting steam inside a lower molding part of the lower mold and an upper molding part of the upper mold through a steam supply hole(14,24) of the lower mold and the upper mold. The manhole cover is solidified for predetermined time. The manhole cover is detached from the upper mold and the lower mold.
