The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a work shoe (14) which allows obtaining a work shoe with high resistance and flexibility, in which the outsole (4) is made in two phases, such that in a first operation areas of the outsole with a specific design and features are obtained and in a second phase the rest of the outsole with a different configuration and features is obtained. Once the outsole has been obtained, the process also allows obtaining a shoe which is very flexible and comfortable for the user.
